Meet Lucia
Client Care SpecialistMy name is Lucia McLaughlin. I joined the Amy Wengerd Group family at the very beginning of 2022. Serving and helping others is what I love to do - it's a part of my DNA. I love talking, celebrating, and catching up with our clients, as well as helping in any way I can whether it's scheduling the moving truck or listening when they have a story to tell either in person or over the telephone. Before joining the Amy Wengerd Group, I retired after 11 years as a Member Services Representative for a local health insurance company. I also have over 20 years' prior experience as a Legal Secretary, as well as almost 10 years as an Administrative Assistant with local non-profit organizations. My husband and I just celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary. We have 8 adult children (yes, you read that right), 4 grandchildren, 3 cats, and a puppy. Two of my happiest places are with the family and when I am redesigning furniture and thrift finds. God has blessed me as a Client Care Specialist and my life has been enriched with the amazing real estate team and friends with whom I get to work and through the wonderful people, I get to meet.
